OUR PURPOSE

The Mission of Love ‘n’ Memories is to bring quality medical care to underserved populations in the developing world. We carry out this mission through an integrated commitment to:

– Collaborations with credentialed medical practitioners

– Partnerships with the indigenous communities we serve

– Leveraging affiliations with complementary organizations

– Filming medical missions to create educational materials

– Spreading awareness and teaching viewers applicable ways to engage and learn how to help

The purpose is to engage medical missions and education seekers.
Every episode teaches the viewers something beneficial and helpful, even life-changing in preventative, medical, surgical, and emergency medical care situations.

OUR VISION

“Our vision is to help people, but also to teach and bring awareness to the health and wellness sector of the developing world. We achieve our vision by filming the medical practices and procedures offered through our global medical outreaches then compile, package, and distribute the documentary footage for educational purposes.”

-Engaging with education seekers interested in a variety of medical professions

-Teaching the general public about preventative, medical, surgical and emergency medical care situations

-Producing training programs for use in classrooms

Each medical mission entails a variety of hosts, crews, and field teams traveling around the world, bringing medical care, meeting different groups of people, and doing medical missions. We bring in doctors, nurses, responders, and film crews for each new place.

Medical Mission Show

“Our vision is to help people, and also to teach and bring awareness to the health and wellness sector of the developing world. We achieve our vision by filming the medical practices and procedures offered through our global medical outreaches then compile, package, and distribute the documentary footage for educational purposes.”

Medical Mission Show (501c3 not for profit) Treatment:

The vision for a reality medical show entails a variety of hosts, crews, and field teams traveling around world, bringing medical care, camping, living adventure, meeting different groups of people, doing medical missions as they go. Bringing in doctors, nurses, responders, and film crews for each new place, doing an educational medical outreach, and interweaving the recorded footage into a season with each place we intervene in. Each season of episodes would be a new adventure that would journey to different places domestic and international in need of medical care.
(Think Globe Trekker with a medical missions focus)

In the places where there seems a need for medical treatment, over the course of weeks, or months, with the proper funding, we could set up a medical outreach, either by bringing in different doctors and medical personnel or talking to and using local ones in the area which would be more community building. (when proven to be credible, would team up with doctors without borders around the world). There would be free medical care and out-of-hospital non-surgical treatment to persons in need, and follow up care (funded by the show, or by charities). The patient’s progress could be tracked and recorded showing pre and post-care to show their specific situation, interventions, and results achieved made possible by the organization.

The purpose would be to engage medical adventure and education seekers. Every episode would teach the general public something beneficial and helpful, even life changing in preventative, medical, surgical, and emergency medical care situations. There would also be collaborative web episodes that elaborate more on different medical educational techniques and teachings; along with different peoples personal medical life stories. Eventually bringing the web-isodes to the point where EMS services and medical training programs would use the site and videos for clearly presented teachings to learn and use in classrooms.

Picture three final cuts of footage from each place we shoot, One (1) for general audience education and engagement to have on a network and on Netflix. One (2) cut for children for Nickelodeon that showcases kids who live all over the world who face different diseases and sickness and hardships, but showing them hurt, then getting better, then playing or singing. To teach kid audiences and really provide a basis for children to want to grow in the medical field. And a third (3) cut for medical usage, in education and selling teaching programs to schools and medical institutions.

In developing a Non-Profit Medical Mission TV Show. More specifically a reality adventure medical education show about helping people around the world while educating the viewing audience in basic medicine and patient care.

Hosted by medical professionals alongside other engaging and passionate people who are fun entertainers and articulate teachers. By far, a true dream job for adventure and for helping people in the process so finding capable doctors would not be a problem.

(in addendum)
Each episode would teach a 3-4 minute “How to” clip at the end credits, running parallel to the scrolling credits. Where myself, or a guest (doctor/teacher) would teach a technique plain and simple to the viewers that they could easily understand. Example: CPR, explain what it is, why its needed and used, and how to do it, give a visual demonstration so people would actually be able to learn what to do, and if need be, use it in an emergency. (There would have to be disclaimers all over so the show couldn’t get sued.) There are limitless Possibilities for these teaching segments; the point is to have them easily and clearly taught so anyone could understand.

With the right film crews, clear plans and projects, great post production, and with passion and zeal from our teams, the draw to watch, learn, and have fun would never end. And the people we treat alongside our various audiences would love it.

Our goal is not just to have fun and make this show a reality —to learn, to teach, to lead and to reform the education standards throughout the world by giving clear resources easily available to all in an interesting format that would be easy to understand and learn. It’s sometimes difficult to get a concept from a book or a lecture, or even a good picture. It takes hands on, intense questioning, and repeated “why’s” and explanations to become clear on something and truly understand the concept behind it.

Each protagonist per medical clinic and episode (or season) would consist of Interviewing people about their life stories, finding out who they are, where they’re from, what they’ve done, getting to know them, the real person behind the patient. Putting patient and doctors stories online where people could watch to follow up on who’ve they’ve just seen. Branching that out into a public knowledge and establishing media presence, to the extent that would make it a social norm in medicine. To make it a show that people watch on a weekly basis Like ER was to medical professionals in the 90’s.

If anything seems unclear, please bring that to attention. This is a way to change the world through media by putting skilled providers out there to help. Each location would have the possibility of establishing or teaming up with a non-profit organization committed to caring for and furthering media coverage of the areas we filmed in. This isn’t just a show, it’s a 501c3 that will make changes and impact lives and get in partnerships with the Foundation and various other world impacting charities.
